• Prices:
• All prices include 19% VAT. Shipping cost will be charged extra.
• Shipping costs:
• Destination within Germany: 9 € (express letter, transport insurance up to 500 €)
• Destination outside Germany: depending on the size and destination
• Payment:
• Pre-payment via bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards.
• Terms & conditions:
• With your order you accept our terms & conditions which then become part of the contract.

What happens with your order?

1. We receive your order.

2. You will receive an order confirmation.

3. When your model is finished, we will send you your invoice.

4. You transfer the money to the account indicated in the invoice.

5. After the invoice has been paid and the money has arrived on our account, we arrange the model to be shipped.
